Mello’s Chourico is a sausage made with lean pork chunks and is flavored with zesty spices, especially paprika. The sausage is smoked, enhancing its invigorating aroma and taste. Traditionally, chourico has only been used as part of Portuguese cuisine. Today, it is becoming increasingly popular for people of all backgrounds who appreciate great foods!
