Chourico is a smoked pork sausage made with a natural beef casing. It is made with lean pork chunks and a blend of fine spices - including paprika, garlic, white pepper and others. Hot Chourico is given an extra kick - making it spicier than Mild Chourico. Chourico can be grilled, baked, boiled, sautéed, or even heated in the microwave... the possibilities are endless.
