Similar to our chourico product – Linguica is a smoked, 100% pork sausage made with all natural casing. It is made with lean pork chunks and a blend of fine spices. Linguica is slightly thinner than chourico in diameter and comes in a loop form (as opposed to chourico 2 separate links). Check out our recipes page for ideas.
1 loop p/package – approx. 1 lb package. Minimum order is 5lbs - ok to mix and match all sausages.
