Linguica and Pineapple Skewers

  • 1 link Mello’s Linguica, sliced

  • 1 can pineapple chunks

  • 1 red onion, sliced into squares

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup honey

  • Sesame seeds


  1. In a small saucepan, add oil and cook linguica until starting to brown.

  2. Remove from heat and allow to drain on a paper towel. 

  3. Arrange skewers by adding pineapple, linguica, and red onion to skewers.

  4. Add to the grill to cook.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Drizzle onto skewers or serve as a dip!
