Linguica and Pineapple Skewers
1 link Mello’s Linguica, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks
1 red onion, sliced into squares
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
In a small saucepan, add oil and cook linguica until starting to brown.
Remove from heat and allow to drain on a paper towel.
Arrange skewers by adding pineapple, linguica, and red onion to skewers.
Add to the grill to cook.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Drizzle onto skewers or serve as a dip!
