Chourico is a smoked pork sausage made with a natural casing. Chourico franks are made with the same ground pork you’d find in our ground chourico packages. It includes the same blend of fine spices, but is produced in a much smaller diameter – similar to a hot dog size. Chourico franks can be grilled, baked, or boiled and added to hot dog buns. They also make a great addition to any breakfast entrée.
