Similar to our chourico product – Linguica is a smoked pork sausage made with a natural hog casing. It is made with lean pork chunks and a blend of fine spices. Linguica is slightly thinner than chourico in diameter and made with hog casing vs. chourico’s beef casing. Although each product uses the same lean pork chunks and similar spicing – the casing give each their own flavorful personality. Check out our recipes page for ideas.
